Our Winery Stop this week is Danza Del Sol. Danza Del Sol is located along the DePortola Rd Wine Trail in the Temecula Valley. The more well known Wine Trail is along Rancho California Rd, but we love our 2nd Wine Trail, DePortola Rd. These wineries are well known to the locals. What we love about Danza Del Sol, outside of the great wines, is the intimacy of the winery. It is not large, so there is always a seat & plenty of servers. They also have a great outdoor seating area when the weather permits. At specific times they also have delicious food trucks that give you the option for a meal, but always have a refrigerated display to purchase cheese/meats & other snacks. We mostly drink red wine when we stop here, but they do have a variety of options available in white. To me, their whites are sweeter than I like, so that is why I choose Red Wine when we stop here.
