We have been selling Real Estate in the Temecula Valley since 2005. We have seen many market shifts. This year definitely had its struggle when it came to our Inventory level. We found many homeowners were putting their move on hold due to the higher Interest Rates, along with buyers who were ready to purchase. But with that said.....demand overall remained high. We still had Multiple Offers on many of our listings throughout the year and still have a good # of buyers ready, willing and able to purchase, but just waiting for more homes to be listed. Average Sales price went up from 2022 to 2023 Days on market went up from 2022 to 2023 # of homes sold went down from 20233 to 2023 Average Sales price per sq. foot went up We are optimistic for 2024!!
